We recently went on a walking trip to Loggerheads in North Wales as part of our Mindfulness project.
The aim of this trip was to relieve any stresses or anxiety, get away from the busy city and enjoy being out in nature.
Throughout the trip we would split off into pairs switching every so often to get to know each other better along with asking questions to figure out how the other person was doing and offer them a way to get their worries off their chests.
The walk itself was beautiful, amazing views along the trail, it helped ease everyone’s minds. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and have asked to do more activities along these lines, some even asked to Moel Famau and we can’t wait to do more in the near future!
